Turning back the pages of my life,
I found;
Family;
Friends;
Promises;
Expectations;
Forgiveness and
Compromise;
But, it is still incomplete!!
Perhaps Nothing!!!
Years of my life is just a memory now
Empty;
Unsatisfied;
Memories are just slide shows!!
Years ago,
I started my journey and the future kept on haunting me everyday…
Yeah,, I was growing up then
Rushing!!!
Trying to be independent!!
Not caring the present, yeah, just rushing
The sequel went on..
From baby to teen
And from adult to old;
At 60, Now I realize,
Life is not about one thing in particular
Everything linked
It bonded
A picture tied me forever
But I missed!!
Yeah I did!!!
Yesterday I was,
Today I am,
Tomorrow who knows?
It was what life wanted to teach me
But I never cared!!
Perhaps I care but now it is too late..
Perhaps I missed the every moment
Moments that made me human at the end!!!
